This 5 year plan paves the way for my personal and professional growth as I enter the field of student affairs. Formulating my personal and professional plan was challenging because I struggle to write in a personal and self-reflective manner. This plan represents a commitment to my holistic development as an individual and a professional in this field. I hope to use my plan as a guiding to tool to become the best version of my self, so that I may inspire my students and peers to be their best versions of theirselves.
